History day

History Day is a part of the National History Day. Students choose a historical topic related to an assigned annual theme, and then conduct primary and secondary research. Through libraries, archives, museums, oral history interviews, and historic sites visitations, students will analyze and interpret sources to then draw conclusions about the significance of the topic. The student will then present their work in one of five ways: as a paper, an exhibit, a performance, a documentary, or a web site.
